At Winter Wood Supply, we stand behind the quality of every log, tree, and timber product we sell. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns Eligibility
You may request a refund or replacement if:
Your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
You contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
The product is unused, in its original condition, and suitable for resale.
Please note that due to the natural and perishable nature of wood and Christmas trees, slight variations in color, texture, or size are normal and not considered defects.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
Used or partially burned firewood logs.
Custom-cut or bulk wholesale orders.
Perishable seasonal products (such as live Christmas trees) once delivered, unless damaged in transit.
3. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@winterwoodsupply.com with:
Your order number
Photos of the product (if damaged)
A brief explanation of the issue
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning or disposing of the product safely.
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Replacement items may be shipped instead of refunds at your request.
5. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
